In situations where the packaging is apparently undamaged, but the transported goods have been damaged (by impact, shaking, etc.), the Dealer and/or the Buyer who is not a consumer must submit a complaint to the shipper no later than within 2 business days from the receipt of the package and immediately contact the Seller (by phone at (+420) 577 113 634 or by e-mail at expedice@arles.cz) and is also required to refrain from further handling the package and goods and retain them for proper documenting by an employee of the shipper.
